Restore after getting new PC

I had to replace my C: drive. I was able to get PrintCal running. Somwhere, my settings were saved so that when I created a new calendar my preferences (defaults?) took over. Now, when I create a calendar, my fonts, colors, etc. are "bland". I have a full backup of my c: drive so I'd like to know if...

I read the FAQ and saw where I could upgrade from within Excel so I did that.

All is well.

I failed to notice the limitation of data sources.
That was my fault.

I'd like to upgrade to Premium.
At the time of renewal I'll decide if it's worth paying $20 more per year.

Please Upgrade after Activation

I created a new calendar in Excel and I'm seeing Please Upgrade on many dates.
I tried to activate again, exit Excel, re-open Excel to a blank workbook, then From the Recent tab I chose Default Month Template.
The new calendar still says Please Upgrade.

Do you recommend using different workbooks for different views? I print a monthly and a two-week view. Also, I noted that the Quick Calendar button uses the most recently used template and duplicates the current tabs so I end up with an "old-data" and a "refreshed-data" tab.
