Can't choose one but general look and feel definitely is a big positive. Features, quality and the like are more important but attractiveness too. In my experience, using the free, and now a pro user VueMinder is right up there (Not the biggest fan of .NET resource "usage" but that's another discussion I know has been addressed elsewhere :) )
