Theme downloads idea

Hi Dan

Would it be possible to include 'Theme Downloads' section on your forum. If this could be done it would allow other users to submit their creations which others could use. Although I have looked at changing my own, being colour blind makes it very difficult to select colours that match so for this reason alone it would be nice to see what other people have created.

I also think it would be good as the original creator would get a great deal of satisfaction knowing that their own creation is being used by other people, especially if a download counter and review feedback was offered by using stars to indicate what people think of the theme.
