Is there a way to easily/automatically delete old events?

For example: I downloaded and installed public US holidays, but I would like to remove all holidays prior to Jan 1 2013. In addition, I would like to be able to delete completed events that are older than 6 months. I know that I can export/edit/import the calendar. But, this seems a little cumbersome and subject to manual mistakes.

I don't see any option that would allow me to specify a date range or an event's age for automatic deletion. Without this, the database will just keep growing and growing.

Hi Zebo, thank you for the feedback. An auto-archive feature is planned for the next major release. I'll post a reply when it's completed. There will also be a beta, if you're interested in an early look.
