HELP server cannot connect

I am not able to connect to the VueMinder server. I have VueMinder Ultimate and have made no changes. Windows did install a critical update last night. Now the server is offline. When I click to connect I get the error message "A problem occurred while attempting to connect to the server: Invalid field in source data: 0". I tried restoring my computer to 2 days ago, but have the same problem.

In the Sql server configuration manager:
Sql server (Vuesoft) is running
Sql server agent (vuesoft) stopped. process id=0 If I have it re-start, I get the same error as above
Sql server browser is running

It sounds like something happened with the Windows update to corrupt the MySQL Server database. Please follow these steps to fix the problem:

1. Exit VueMinder on all computers by right-clicking the icon in the task tray and selecting “Exit”.
2. Open MySQL Workbench and connect to the server.
3. In the Navigator, right-click the “vueminder” schema and select “Drop Schema” from the popup menu. This will delete any previously shared calendars from the server.
4. Restart VueMinder on all computers.
5. On all computers except one, delete the calendars that were shared. Make sure these calendars still exist on one of your computers.
6. On the computer where the calendars were not deleted, open the Calendar Properties and select “Do not sync” on the Sync tab.
7. Open the Sharing Options on each computer. Clear the host name, username, and password. Click OK.
8. Re-open the Sharing Options and re-enter the connection information.
9. On the computer where your calendars were not deleted, open the Calendar Properties again and re-enable sharing with VueMinder on other computers, via the Sync tab.
10. The shared calendars should automatically appear on your other computers.

In MySql Connections, when I click on the "local instance of MySql Vueminder...", it asks for a password. It says:
"Please enter password for the following service:
service: mysql@localhost:3306
user: root
password:

What happens when you enter your password? It’s the password you defined when you installed MySQL Server.

Hello Dan,

Same problem,
There is no update happened,
But I still get the same error
Tried the above steps but same error,
Kindly resolve Asap,
