Google calender locks up

I can not edit my Google calender and cannot change the default calender. I deleted the program, reinstalled version 8.1 and every thing was fine. I updated to the latest version and ran into these problem. The program is working on my desktop but not on my laptop. Could I get a link to a full install or do I need to erase everything and start again

Hi rjm01, it sounds like something might have gone wrong with the installation of the new version. Going from version 8.1 to 11.2.8 is a big jump. To fix the problem, use the Control Panel to uninstall VueMinder (this won’t remove any data). Reboot after uninstalling. Next, download and reinstall using the link below:

If that doesn’t solve it, there could be something wrong with the .NET Framework 4.0 or 4.5 installation. If you’re running Windows 7, you can use the Control Panel to uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or 4.5. Reboot after uninstalling and then use the link below to reinstall the .NET Framework 4.5.

If you still see the problem after reinstalling the .NET Framework, there might be a problem with the program data file. You can use the utility linked below to completely reset the data.

After resetting the data, generate a backup on your laptop using the "Backup Data" command on the File menu. Copy the backup to your desktop and restore using the "Restore Data" command. Click the Browse button and select the file that was copied.
