Can not upgrade to v.2016.01

Hello,

My name is Humberto Malaspina, I have VueMinder Pro V11.3.1, I can receive free product updates and priority support for life.

I have attached a print screen of the error I get when trying to uptate to version 2016.01

Could you please help me ?

Hi Humberto, welcome to the forums. I apologize for the problem you’re encountering with the installation of the updated version. Microsoft created a tool to clean up these types of problems if you're using Windows 8.1 or earlier. The tool can be downloaded using the link below. You should be able to use this tool to uninstall VueMinder. This won’t remove any calendar data.

After uninstalling, you can use the link below to install the latest version of VueMinder Pro:

If you're using Windows 10, the utility linked above won't work. In that case, you'll need to copy the version 11.3.1 "VueMinderLatest.msi" file to the folder specified in the error message and then try again. Here's the link to the file. This will only work when updating from v11.3.1.
