Changing to a new Windows account

Hi,
I have been using Vueminder and loving it! Unfortunately, I am hitting a problem in Windows 10 where my Start menu no longer works. The workaround is to create a new Windows 10 user account. So I'd like to transfer my Vueminder license and data from my old user account to the new user account. Could you provide instructions?
