Syncing Exchange to Google?

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is possible or not. But, I have a Google calendar and a Microsoft Exchange Calendar. I can sync them both to Vueminder. But is it possible to use Vueminder to sync them to each other - e.g. so that an item entered into the Google calendar will sync to the Exchange calendar?
