Adding birthday to different calendar

I have both a Google calendar and a "Local" calendar that doesn't sync with Google.

I'd like to add a contact's birthday to the local calendar but when I do that it adds to the Google calendar. Any way to select which calendar to add the birthday to?

Hi larryw, before creating an event, you can select the desired default calendar from the "Default calendar" drop-down, located below the calendar list. You can also click a calendar's name to make it the default.

If the wrong calendar was selected as the default when creating a new event, you can select the desired calendar from the "Calendar" field on the Event Editor.
