Notes in Details Pane

1. Go to Notes and create new note without а date.
2. Choose 'Selection' in Details Pane and select created note.
3. You won't see the note in Details Pane (instead of note you will see Today summary). Everything is OK if note is pinned to date.

To see the note without a date in Details Pane you should select the note, switch to another tab (Tasks or Events) and switch back to Notes.

Hi mihal.v, thank you for the feedback. Do you have the Notes tab active when following these steps? I've attempted to replicate the problem, but I'm not seeing it happen. In my testing, the Details Pane refreshes to show the note as soon as it's selected on the Notes tab, regardless of whether the note is pinned to a date or not.

Hello, Dan. Yes, the Notes tab is active. Just try to switch between notes with date and without date. I see Today's summary when note without date is active.

One more thing Dan. If note has no date I see only three items in context menu (Open, New and Delete). For notes with date I see full context menu.

One more interesting thing. When you select the note without a date the previous note was without a date everything is ok.

Select the note with a date and then without a date and you will see Today’s summary in Detail Pane instead of your note.

This has been fixed in version 2018.00. To update, click the "Help -> Check for Updates" menu command.
