Test Voice Message Button Does not work under Options Voice/SMS when you press it nothing happens
Please tell me how to fix and please fix.

Did you sign up for an account with SMS Matrix? In the SMS/Voice Settings, did you select the option to use the web-based service and did you enter the same username and password that you use for logging into the SMS Matrix website? Try re-entering your password in case there was a typo.

Also, make sure you've entered the correct phone numbers for home phone, cell phone, and business phone. If you don't have a different home phone or business phone number, just enter your cell phone number in those fields. If you're outside the United States, enter your country code in front of the phone number. Also, try just entering the digits in your phone number (not other symbols like +, -, or .).

If you still don't get the phone call when clicking the Test button, log into the SMS Matrix website and click the "History" button to see if the call is being sent, and to which phone number. Also, if you're outside the United States, you might need to contact SMS Matrix support to have them enable voice phone calls on your account.
