Search last year

In the Search option, there are many "forward looking" options on the "Date Range" pull-down, but the only "backward looking" one is "Previous Month".

It would be useful to have a "Previous (Calendar) Year" option to search for something that you know happened last year, but you can't remember when

This would be easier than having to enter the 1st January and 31st December dates manually.

I like the idea, but I'd suggest making it a bit more flexible by having the option be "A Previous Year" with the default being The previous year (and having an editable field with last year displayed). So currently 2017 would be displayed and for that year you could just click on search, but to search 2016, you could just change the last digit and then click on search.

I'll add a "Previous year" option to the drop-down. I'll also consider adding a simplified input for selecting a different year. I'll post a reply when this improvement is available.

Version 2018.01 has been improved to include "Previous year" and "Next year" options in the date range drop-down list. To update, click the "Help -> Check for Updates" menu command.
