VueMinder Ultimate trial

Hi Dan,
Stanley had to update his hp computer yesterday from windows 7 to windows10 and when he reinstalled vueminder ultimate to his hp laptop vueminder is saying he has to purchase vueminder ultimate again, and there is also a 30 day trial when we have already purchased vueminder ultimate.
Why is it saying this when we have already purchased it and how do we fix it?

The license will need to be re-registered because VueMinder thinks it's running on a different computer now. Did you save a backup of the license installer you received after purchasing? If so, you can run that installer to re-register the license. If you don't have a backup, I can regenerate the license installer. I sent you an email requesting additional details (please reply to the email - don't post the details here).
