Hello:
I usually keep my calendar minimized during the day while I'm working, and over the past month or so, I've been experiencing a bug where, after a few hours of being minimized, all the text on my calendar disappears, and the only way to get it back is to close it and re-launch it. Can this be fixed? I've attached a screenshot of the problem. I would say it happens every day at this point. Thank you.
My system:
VueMinder Pro 2020.08
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit 20H2
3.50 GHz CPU
128 GB RAM
2 X NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080

Re: All Calendar Text Disappears After Inactivity
Hi acertik, welcome to the forums. I haven't seen this problem before, nor has anyone else reported this behavior. It's possible updating your video card driver will fix it.
If that doesn't work, reinstalling VueMinder might fix the problem. You can use the Control Panel to uninstall VueMinder (this won’t remove any data). Reboot after uninstalling. Next, download and reinstall using the link below:
http://www.vueminder.com/Download.aspx
If that doesn’t solve it, please make sure you have the latest .NET Framework installed. You can download it using the link below:
https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/ ... rk-runtime
If you still see the problem after installing the latest .NET Framework, there might be a problem with the program data file. You can use the utility linked below to completely reset the data.
http://www.vueminder.com/download/ResetData.zip
After resetting the data and restarting VueMinder, use the “Restore Data” command on the File menu to restore from a backup.
Please let me know if that doesn't fix the problem or if you have any other questions.
