How to Minimize Without Opaque Shadow

I have just installed VueMinder to try it out before I purchase one. Is it possible to minimize VueMinder and not leave an opaque image on screen? This is verrrry distracting. Otherwise it appears to be a very good application!

Hi ncbuckeye, welcome to the forums. I believe you're referring to the Desktop Calendar. You can hide the Desktop Calendar by unchecking its option in the View menu, or by right-clicking VueMinder's task tray icon and unchecking the "Desktop Calendar" option.
