Hot key problem in v8.1.3

This problem has returned.
Hot key is de-activated with another update.
Hot key does not work when update is installed,having to set hot key again within settings.
Why has this problem come back ?

Which hotkeys were reset? Are you referring to the global hotkeys defined under the Program Options, or the toolbar/menu keyboard shortcuts?

Yes the option i refer to is program,redisplay vueminder calendar window using hotkey.
