Reinstall to New PC

Hi Dan,

Just received my new PC and installed Vueminder but it is asking me to purchase again.
How do I register with my original purchase?

I have the same problem: set up brand new computer with Windows 7 TODAY and have downloaded VueMinder Pro but can't figure out how to put in my service contract key.

Hi Boopsie200, I've emailed you instructions.

In case anyone else is wondering, after you purchase VueMinder Calendar, you'll receive a link to download your license installer. This installs on top of the trial version, preserving all existing data. I recommend saving a copy of the license installer, in case you ever need to reinstall. A replacement can also be provided upon request, free of charge.

The update protection code allows updated versions, including major releases, to be downloaded for 12 months, 24 months, or life - depending on which option you selected when purchasing the software. The update protection code is entered in the About window (accessed via the Help menu), after the license has been installed.

I guess I need the installer too.

Your original license e-mail only gave me a xxxx-xxxx-xxxx key with the instructions:
Next, click the About command under the Help menu. Copy and paste the code provided above into the About window. A message will appear confirming the code has been accepted.

OK I see now there was another e-mail with a link to the installer. But that link has expired and says:
VueMinder_Pro_Setup_Full_8.1.3.exe (Not Available)
