Add option for reminder at end of event.

I use my calendar to keep track of my children's events, and when I need to drop them off and pick them up. The reminder at the beginning of an event reminds me to take them somewhere. It would be nice to also have a reminder at the END of an event to remind me to pick them up. I can create a second event, but then the schedule looks really strange.

Now, that is a top idea. An optional closing reminder really would set VueMinder apart from the pack. But this feature may not be exportable outside VueMinder because how this would interface with Google calendar, exported ICS files and the like I don't know and could be problematic.

Idea has my vote, even if it has to stay only in Vueminder!

Hi Cliv, thank you for the suggestion. I think this is a good idea and I agree this would help fill a void that other calendar programs don't provide. I've added this to my to-do list and will let you know when it's completed.

This feature has been completed for the next version (9.0), which will be released soon. The popup reminder and desktop alert reminders now have an additional checkbox for enabling a reminder based on when the event ends or when the task is due. The new feature is explained here:
