Setting defaults

Is there a way to set defaults for:

1) a Reminder time
2) the content of when the reminder is shown
3) the number of times the reminder content is played

Is there a way to delete the extra media options that come up that have been previously used

If you're using the Pro or Ultimate version, default reminder settings can be specified. Please see the documentation linked below:

The media file drop-down will list previously used files. Unfortunately, there's no easy mechanism to clear this list. You could delete the ProgramSettings.xml file located in the VueMinder data folder (the path can be found in the Program Options). Make sure VueMinder is fully exited before doing this. Also, be aware that all your other settings, like your email and SMS settings, will need to be re-entered.
